My Story
Learners in Year 9 of Nexus International School are participating in a sleepout, organized by their teachers, to experience homelessness. The Year 9 learners have been trying to help the Kechara Soup Kitchen since Term 1, by giving food and actually helping out at the kitchen itself. Now we have decided to raise money while we feel some of the hardships that homeless people might have. For the sleepout, learners are required to set up their own shelters for the night and are set to learn about homelessness. Any donations here go straight to Kechara Soup Kitchen so please donate! :))
