My Story

Extending Hands, Transforming Lives 

At Heart to Hands, we believe that everyone deserves a chance to thrive, no matter their circumstances. As a team of seven passionate individuals, we have been deeply inspired by the strength and perseverance of the disabled and underprivileged. Their stories of courage in the face of adversity have motivated us to take action.

Partnering with Heart 2 Heart Outreach, we are dedicated to supporting the Jingsun Welfare Society, a place that provides care, hope, and opportunities to those in need. Our mission is to bridge the gaps of inequality, foster inclusivity, and create a community where no one is left behind. 

Now, we have a greater mission—to help build a new "Home of HOPE", a safe and nurturing space where they can live with happiness and security. By donating and supporting our initiative which aims to raise RM20,000, we will be able to provide a brighter future for those who need it most.
