About Event

We, ADRF, in collaboration with National Society for the Deaf / Persatuan Kebangsaan Pekak Malaysia (NSD) are organizing a fundraising walkathon called “Walk Thru the Silent World” on 10 November 2013.

We seek the kind support of companies and individuals through sponsorship investments and registration as participants.

All participants of this walkathon are also encouraged to consider fundraising for this cause through SimplyGiving.com. This online platform provides fundraisers with simple effective tools and social media features (e.g. Facebook plug-in) to help spread the word and reach more potential donors.

The goal of this event is to create public awareness of the ADRF establishment & Cued Speech Center; to raise money to help the cued speech students to buy their hearing aids, and to help underprivileged students in receiving better education.
