Pads & Paws KL is a community-run charity group that rescues, rehabilitates and re-homes stray, abandoned or lost-and-never-found dogs and cats, as well as campaigning against the maltreatment and exploitation of animals in KL and surrounding areas. We also advocate for spay and neuter as a priority to reducing the number of stray dogs and cats in KL, Selangor and beyond.

- LUNA: rescued from the side of the road where she was slumped over, half dead, having been hit by a car. With a lot of love and time, Luna has now fully recovered from brain trauma and a broken leg, and is off to her forever home! See her story here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezsiniAv1oQ&t=242s- JAM & CHUTNEY: treated and rehomed 2 blind kittens who had suffered terrible eye infections.
- ASTAIRE: surgery to remove a severely ulcerated eyeball. This permanent wink cool kid now has a new home with his vet nurse whose heart he stole!
- THE MARKET KITTENS: rescued kittens running around a market where there were over 50 cats all in a terrible state. The kittens were all in poor condition, with ringworm and some the deadly parvo virus. Most survived treatment and are still in our care waiting to be rehomed.
- OREO: chained up with no water in the searing heat at a temple where many dogs are dumped, Oreo was neutered and then went to an amazing foster home where he could even swim in the poor! He has now been adopted by a lovely couple.
- THE NUT TINIES: found in a box, these few days old kittens were in need of quick help. We took them in and are currently bottle feeding them. They will later go up for adoption.

These are just a small number of animals who have been helped by Pads & Paws KL. Any contribution you can make will go a long way to helping us continue this work and improving and saving the lives of many more animals.
- Cats and dogs spayed/neutered so far in 2021: 54
- Cats and dogs rehomed since Pads & Paws was founded in Nov 2020: 267
- All animals in our care at taken to the vet for a general check-up, deworm and deflea. Most animals are also vaccinated by us. Before spaying/neutering, we also pay for an FIV/FeLV test which costs between Rm80-100 each time. Some animals also require other medical treatment, such as for ear mites, flu, or more serious illness or injury.
- Rounded average spent on vet bills each month in 2021: RM5000
